| I’m new to downloading music. Will this be difficult? |
| Official Ares is simple to use, and we’ve made the process as easy we can. We’ll guide you through the short process, to help you get started as fast as you want. If you find that the guide isn’t completely clear, you can just send us an email with your question, and our support staff will show you the next step. |

| What music can I find? |
| The network has almost everything you could want - over six million files! If it´s interested someone, somewhere, chances are, it´s on the network. |

| I use AOL, will this service work for me? |
| Our software is completely AOL-friendly! |

| Do I need a high speed connection, DSL or cable connection? |
| No. Faster connections will give you faster downloads, but a standard dial-up connection will work fine. |

| How long does it normally take to download a song? |
| It really depends on the speed of your connection. With a regular 56.6 Kbps modem, a song lasting three minutes will take about seven minutes to download. Longer songs (which mean larger files) will take more time to download. |

| Why do some things take so long to download? |
| The speed at which a download takes place is limited by both the bandwidth of the downloader and by the bandwidth of the uploader. A document cannot by transferred faster than the uploader is capable of sending it, nor can it be transferred faster than the downloader is capable of receiving it. To Maximise transfer speed chose search results having more than 2 yellow stars and configure your firewall/router to allow traffic through Ares´ data port (your data port is in control panel->transfer->Accept incoming connections on port:) |

| How long will I have to wait to gain access to your Ares? |
| We provide instant access! After joining, you will receive an email with your activation code. This will happen within seconds. Please check your spam/bulk folder if you have your spam filter turned on. If you don´t get your activation code, please email us at: sales@aresdestiny.com and we will resend it to you promptly. |

| Is my registration secure and confidential? |
| Your privacy is very important to us. We´ll never share your information with other organizations or individuals. |

| What if I cannot find what I’m looking for? |
| If you can´t find your files, you should try again in an hour or two. Users are connecting and disconnecting constantly, and it´s likely that a user with what you want will connect sooner or later. Just keep trying! |

| How do I transfer downloaded music to my iTunes or iPod? |
| All downloaded files go automatically into your Ares ´Shared Folder´. To locate them, go to the ´Transfers´ tab and click on ´Locate file´. To transfer files from your ´Shared Folder´ to your iTunes library, you have two options: |

- Click on the ‘file’ tab of your iTunes software and select ‘add file to library’. Browse for the file and press ‘open’. If you want to add a whole folder, select ‘add folder to library’. Browse for the specific folder and press ‘open’.
- Launch your iTunes software and ‘drag and drop’ the files from your ‘Shared Folder’ into your iTunes Library.
