Hating an inanimate, intangible object like some software just seems strange. I never really though I would get this would up – or even that I could get this would up – about something that I can’t actually see, but here I am. I totally and utterly appalled at Ares Destiny, the new file sharing software. Ares Destiny offered so much and delivered completely the opposite, trashing my computer in the process. Interested? Read on.

Ares Destiny’s site looks great. Seriously great. The download button is easy to find and the download procedure is pain free and quick. Installation was a breeze, too. The program itself isn’t great although it does suffer a bit from trying far too hard. There are better versions of Ares out there.

What really got me vexed was that fact that, unbeknownst to me, Ares Destiny had allowed a little friend to join the party. That this little friend was there just to upset the apple cart is an understatement, and it really messed things up.

The little friend that came with Ares Destiny? Dealio, the well known ad ware software. Gah! I’m so annoyed I could spit feathers! I had to do a complete reformat in the end to get this monster off. What a waste of time and effort!
