Canadian musicians team with Charlie Brown
ABC may have warped and perverted A Charlie Brown Christmas, but a group of Canadian musicians have have teamed up with Charlie to help put bread on the table for people less fortunate than themselves.
They’ve come up with A Peanuts Christmas: The 2009 Zunior Holiday Album, their charity holiday collection featuring song-for-song tributes to the famous Vince Guaraldi Trio’s A Charlie Brown Christmas.
“Each song represents a unique interpretation of the classic song featured on the original album,” says Zunior.
And 100% — that’s one hundred percent — of the retail sale price will go to the Daily Bread Food Bank.
