What no way, why would you pay a fee to file share, might as well buy the movies, software or music, but I guess people need to make a living.

I just wonder a few things, like how much they would charge, and how would they share out the money, like money to the RIAA and to the TV stations.

Also what about if you didn’t use P2P for a month, would they still charge you ? I think it’s a nice idea, but not really well thought out.
