well one view on this is at least you bring the Universities away from being underground, but what difference would it actually bring ? I’ve never used Ruckus, but I know a few people at University who do. They say it’s great !

Ruckus will not help at all, filesharing will never end, I don’t believe there will be anyway or person that could stop this.
